Returns Policy

The return of Megagemstone goods is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania "On the approval of the rules of retail trade" 11 June 2001. No. 697.

First chapter - Return and exchange of acceptable quality goods

17. The following goods may be exchanged or a refund issued only if the Merchant agrees:

17.12. Pearls, precious metals and goods, excluding jewelry;

Second chapter - Return and exchange of unacceptable quality goods

18. Return and exchange of unacceptable quality goods are proceeded according to the Civil code 6.363 and 6.364 articles.
